Risponde alla necessità di focalizzare sui potenziali stakeholders di cui si possono creare dei cluster: per esempio comunità creative, mondo della conoscenza libera, organizzazioni interessate ai diritti umani etc.
Successivamente si può passare all'individuazione di eventuali partner fra tutti i potenziali stakeholders individuati. Abbiamo provato a realizzare una mappa di stakeholders per WMI.
- Criteri per identificare tra essi i potenziali partners?
es. istituzioni culturali
- sensibilità ai contenuti aperti;
- dimensioni;
- potenzialità rispetto alla wikificazione dei contenuti della collezione in loro possesso e gestione;
- loro ubicazione rispetto alla distribuzione geografica dei volontari ...
es. altre associazioni
- condivisione della missione di WMI;
- potenzialità di sviluppo di progetti comuni;
Criteri individuati dagli altri tavoli:
- have concrete implications;
- should have staff time;
- similar mission;
- interested wikimedian to work with;
- partners willing to share their materials;
- entustiatic/ motivated staff;
- willingness to learn and help promote events;
- human capacity of cooperation;
- open licences;
- financial help;
