Dal 15 al 19 luglio a Singapore si tiene Wikimania 2023, il raduno mondiale delle comunità Wikimedia e dei progetti liberi. Wikimedia Italia ha stanziato delle borse di partecipazione per lo staff e alcuni volontari italiani. Parteciperanno per lo staff Dario Crespi e Paolo Casagrande, per il direttivo iopensa e Ysogo e gli assegnatari di borsa di partecipazione Ferdi2005, Jaqen, OrbiliusMagister; parteciperanno inoltre Valerio Bozzolan e Laurentius.

La maggior parte delle presentazioni sono state trasmesse in live streaming e registrate e sono disponibili sul canale YouTube di Wikimedia Foundation:
